What’s New

With the option of automatic app updates, release notes are easy to miss – we added a what’s new section in app, so it’s easy to stay up to date with app changes.

Feedback

We removed the feedback prompt from timetable view, as it was getting in the way, and instead added some in-line feedback prompts which will not block your flow. These can be dealt with at your own pace, so we are hoping to receive some helpful feedback! “Not now” allows you to dismiss the prompts for a week. Once you are finished with the prompts by either rating the app or leaving feedback, they will not appear again anywhere in the app.

Basket Errors

In some cases, debit/credit cards cannot be added and payments might get declined. We have added some tips to help you resolve the problem and purchase a ticket.

Additional Data Collection

We need your help to improve the app. You can now sign up for letting us collect additional data in the settings. We will send you a notification as well, to make sure the new setting does not go unnoticed and you have a chance to find out about this and help.
