What’s new in Dodson

We’ve added a ‘Rewards’ menu item to the mobile app to:

• Help drive ticket sales and increase revenue;
• Enable you to reward your customers;
• Promote local businesses;
• Maximise the number of mobile app downloads.

A user-led improvement

This has been a requested feature coming in from user feedback. We understood that your customers were looking for offers and perks for their loyalty and that this feature would be a great addition to the mobile app.

“It’s excellent, however, think like a game it should give out like a weekly bus pass as a reward for having it. Other than that it’s amazing how whenever the bus early or late this app really helps thank you”

“Maybe encourage more use of the app by introducing a reward or points system based on ticket purchases”
