This course is your guide to mastering our Content Management System (CMS). You will discover the full range of available content types and learn the best practices for using them to deliver valuable information to customers. By creating rich, strategic content, you will drive deeper customer engagement, providing more opportunities for users to plan journeys, buy tickets, and connect with your business.
This course will cover the following topics:
- Creating each type of website content
- How content is displayed on the website and in the app
- Managing files, media and updates – including the new product update of the Media Library
This course is designed for users with access to the CMS, who will automatically be enrolled on the course in the next 48 hours.
