With the release of iOS18 in mid-September 2024, Apple began to remove the ability to show iOS Today Extensions that were used to display Mobile Tickets and Favourites in the Today view on iOS devices.

As more devices take up the latest version of iOS18, Today Extensions will no longer be displayed. Users do not need to take any further action following this change but may notice its removal and get in touch with you.

We remain committed to finding innovative solutions for users to provide contextual information and updates within the confines of the wider software capabilities that Apple provide in this area. Our use of App Icon shortcuts is unaffected and will continue helping users get to Mobile Tickets, Favourites, Journey Planning and Timetables directly from their app screens.
