Since 10th January 2023, the Windows 8 operating system stopped receiving security updates and because of this, it is no longer considered safe to use Windows 8 or below. To help protect your data we are preventing access to Passenger Cloud from devices running Windows 8 or below from Wednesday, 13th March 2024.

We have carefully reviewed how users are accessing Passenger Cloud and contacted the small number of affected operators we could identify ahead of this notice. In addition, from today, we will also be displaying a warning banner notifying relevant users of this change and our intention to block access.

Affected users should upgrade to Windows 11 for continued security updates. Access to public-facing apps and websites is unchanged.
