So that users are aware of the Terms and conditions associated with the platform’s usage, we ask them to read and accept them on the app’s first launch.
To ensure users are reminded of the policy should they later decide to create an account, we have added a link to it on the account sign up screen, which gives users a chance to review them before signing up. This has been added to websites and in apps.
Your Customer Success Manager can now add a Privacy policy into Passenger Cloud for you and this will also be linked from the account signup screen, to make it more visible to users. If you would like to add your Privacy Policy in this way don’t hesitate to get in touch with your Customer Success Manager and they can set this up for you.
