Some Premium customers have network lines spanning multiple operators. To ensure this is communicated more accurately, we are changing the configuration of Premium apps and websites for those customers to display the names of the relevant operators of each line within the line list.
Network operators are initially defined by TransXChange, and are managed within the Operators section of Passenger Cloud.
To ensure a consistent experience for your users, please ensure:
- The name of the operator is appropriate to display, and delete any operators you aren’t using.
- Line information does not include the operator name (as this will be duplicated).
- Check the Lines section of Passenger Cloud to ensure each line belongs to the correct operator.
