We will soon be allocating a ‘type’ to ticket coverages. This will allow you to categorise your coverages by:
- Area – for tickets that cover a particular geographical area
- Service – for tickets that are assigned to specific services
- Academic – for tickets that are related to schools, colleges or universities
While this has no effect on the way tickets are currently being listed in apps and websites, it marks the first step toward our goal of improving ticket listings and helping users to easily see where tickets are valid.
An intermediate step has been introduced when creating a new coverage. You will now need to choose the type of coverage it is. Once the coverage has been created, you can not change its type.
Existing coverages will be manually assigned either ‘Area’, ‘Service’ or ‘Academic’ by us. If you’d like to change the type of coverage we have assigned once this is complete, please do get in touch via the Help Desk.
