Online Verification Service improvements

To reduce the time it takes for age-based verifications to be reviewed, users are now required to provide their date of birth during a verification. This immediately tells the user if the verification is applicable to them. 

After buying a ticket that requires verification, users are prompted to upload a selfie. Then, they receive an email notification asking them to upload their ID.

Clicking “Upload your supporting ID” presents users with the list of accepted types of ID they can upload.

Users then upload their ID and review before confirming their DOB. This new prompt aims to reduce the time it takes for an age-based verification to be completed.

Users submit the verification request and receive an email accepting or rejecting their request for verification.
