App download links for sites without web to mobile ticketing

Premium websites that don’t have web to mobile ticketing enabled will soon direct users to purchase tickets in the respective app.

When browsing tickets, a “How to buy this ticket” button will be displayed next to the listing. Tapping this will reveal app download links to direct users to the app to make a purchase.

This button will only appear on websites that have a Premium app but don’t have web to mobile ticketing.

What’s web to mobile?

Web to mobile is our checkout experience on websites. It allows visitors to purchase tickets on web and access them in the app – this includes the ability to purchase gift tickets for others without needing to be logged in.
