You can now see who created a disruption in Passenger Cloud.

What’s new in Passenger Cloud

We’ve added a new field in Passenger Cloud that shows who created each disruption. This provides traceability so you can work with your team to improve the information that’s entered when new disruptions are created. This helps to make sure there is consistency in language and the tone of voice used when providing users with updates to disruptions on your network.

All disruptions created before the ‘Created by’ record was introduced will show the creator as ‘Unknown’.
