New Academy course – Unlocking seamless travel information with Contactless Journeys

We have launched a new Academy course to help you with viewing Contactless Journeys and customer support for Contactless Journeys.

Contactless Journeys allows your customers to view their journey information where they have used a contactless card for travel. By making it easy for customers to pay, travel and understand their transactions, this tool encourages repeat patronage and helps to reduce the number of customer queries for your customer support team to deal with.

This course will cover the following topics:

  • Learning how your customers view their contactless journey information both on the app and the website
  • Looking at how you can view customer contactless journey information in Passenger Cloud to help with any queries

If you have the Contactless Journeys feature enabled and Customer Support Agent or Customer Support Supervisor roles in Passenger Cloud, you will automatically be enrolled on the course.
