To prevent a situation where network data might be removed accidentally, it is no longer possible to delete the last active dataset until another dataset is uploaded and imported.

Attempting to delete the last active dataset will result in a warning advising that another dataset needs to be uploaded and imported first, after which the dataset can be removed.
