
Organisations using Travel Portal can now identify exactly which recipients have yet to claim their tickets for all tickets within an order.
When reviewing an order within the ‘Purchase history’ section of the Travel Portal, users can now see the claim status of every ticket in that order via CSV and PDF exports.
This is particularly valuable for identifying students or employees who haven’t claimed their tickets before a specific deadline.
The new column will display the following states:
- Awaiting claim: The gift code has been sent but has not been redeemed.
- Claimed: The gift code has been redeemed
- Cancelled: The gift code is no longer valid
- Note: You may occasionally see ‘Awaiting fulfilment’ or ‘Awaiting cancellation’ while the system processes these requests.
