
Ensuring that accurate journey plans are being served to customers is part of the regular testing cycle that data management staff go through when uploading new TransXChange to Passenger Cloud.
To make this process easier, we have introduced mapping to the journey plans returned within Passenger Cloud.
Users with the role Network management agent/supervisor or Fare management agent/supervisor will be able to see maps returned below the journey plan details, allowing them to visually check what a customer will see, without having to utilise other touchpoints.
This change will be made available on 31st July 2025.
