Enhancing verification information on websites

For a smooth rider experience, clear verification requirements are essential. Providing riders with easy-to-understand information and easy-to-use tools for fast verification reduces friction while maintaining strong fraud protection.

This update iterates on the existing website layout to bring additional explanation text to the ticket list, as well as introducing the type of verification required. This makes it easy to understand at a glance what ID is needed to be verified successfully.

An additional menu item is available to customers who log in to the website, which shows their verification information and status – this includes their selfie, type of verification and expiry date
