Making it even easier to control ticket availability

Ensuring the availability of tickets is now easier than ever, thanks to the enhanced fare control feature introduced in December 2024. Since then, our Product Team have been closely monitoring usage and listening to feedback to make this feature even more powerful.

The December 2024 update allowed for scheduling a single future change to a ticket’s availability. With this latest release, we’ve extended this further by enabling the ability to queue multiple availability changes on a ticket in advance. An example of this could be where a promotional ticket replaces a standard ticket, and the standard ticket needs to be removed for a period and then made available once again.

This release offers more detailed control over ticket availability and empowers you to schedule actions ahead of time, ensuring your tickets are always in the right state when you need them to be. It also reduces the management burden on staff, eliminating the need to schedule additional changes once a ticket’s state has been updated.

This change will be made available on Tuesday, 4th March 2025. For any questions, please contact your Customer Success Manager.
