Searching for information is a regular task for operators. In Passenger Cloud you can search for a customer by email or gift code. For enquiries regarding payments or ticket/activation IDs, this required a support request to our Help Desk.
Whilst our support team does a fantastic job, we know that your time is precious so we have expanded the search feature to offer searches for payments and ticket/activation IDs directly from Passenger Cloud.
These new options are accessed by searching from the existing ‘Customer support’ tile on the Passenger Cloud dashboard.
If your search produces one matching result, you will be directed straight to the result. If there are multiple matching results you will see these indicated in the new tabbed format of the results page.
