Our customers span every corner of the UK. In order to comply with statutory guidance across all of our operator localities, we are increasing the notice period available for you to inform customers of upcoming Network changes, using the network change feature in Passenger Cloud, from 14 to 21 days.
If the statutory guidance you are required to adhere to states 14 days, you can continue to apply this. You can add a network change at any time within the 21 days but the increase will accommodate those who are required to give a longer notice period.
No change is being made to the length of time we display Network changes after they have happened. This will remain at 7 days.
This change will be released on 22nd August 2024. Please note that any Network Changes already entered that fall within the increased 21 day notice period, will be displayed for your users from that date.
