We are making things easier for operators to access and view their SIRI-SM data in Passenger Cloud.

There might be occasions when operators need to check their departure data, for example if anomalies are identified between Passenger Cloud and other systems. Until now, this would require the assistance of a Customer Success Manager and our Engineering department, which can take time. In order to make this information instantly available to the operator we have introduced a new link on the Departures Page.

Simply click on the ‘Download XML’ link and the current raw SIRI-SM data being used will be downloaded to your device.

This new feature will be released in Passenger Cloud by the end of business on Thursday 30th May.
