To help businesses using the Travel Portal quickly send tickets to any new people that need to be added to an existing list it is now possible to create orders that are sent only to selected people on a list, instead of the entire list. This will help businesses send tickets more efficiently and reduce time spent on other admin by lowering the volume of individual orders and invoices.
We expect this to be particularly helpful in academic settings where some students might need to be sent tickets after a term has started and everyone else has received a ticket.
After selecting a list to send tickets to a business can choose whether to send tickets to the entire list or only specific people on that list. They can order the list by name, email address, or date added to make selecting the people needing tickets easy. The rest of the order creation process remains the same.
