To give more visibility on the specific journeys within a dataset and to aid with troubleshooting we have introduced a new Journey detail screen in Passenger Cloud.
Available from the Timetable preview, Vehicle activity and Departure board screens, it shows the specific details of an individual journey, such as the line, direction, operator codes and more. Additionally, you can view it’s operating profile as well as each visit made on the journey, including the stop name and destination name that should be displayed when visiting that stop.
Access to this information will be useful when troubleshooting the display of information across the platform, especially where multiple sources of data are being combined to display to the customer.
