Enhancing customer ticket information in Passenger Cloud

As part of our ongoing efforts to make it faster and easier to provide end-users with more effective customer support, we have improved the ticket information displayed in Passenger Cloud.

You will see the purchase method for a user’s tickets in the user view of Passenger Cloud; these methods could be:

  • purchased
  • subscription 
  • gift, or
  • complimentary

After clicking on the purchase date of an individual ticket, it will be possible to see the sales channel (where applicable) used in the ticket purchase along with the purchase method.

If the ticket purchased was part of a subscription, it is possible from within the ticket view to click on ‘subscription’ in the purchase method to find out more.

Details about the subscription used to purchase the ticket include; the subscription plan, the subscription creation date, the most recent subscription payment date, and the next scheduled subscription payment date.
