We are updating the user interface in relation to Ticket Entitlement on the ‘Create a ticket’ page in Passenger Cloud for fixed date tickets.
This is to make it easier to set the correct date and time for both the start and end of a ticket’s entitlement, therefore reducing the likelihood of the wrong ticket entitlement being set.
Previously the start and end time fields were easy to overlook, and both defaulted to ‘00:00’. Now, they are in separate fields and the default end time is set to ‘23:59’.
This means that the default ticket entitlement end time will now be one minute before midnight on the end date set.
