To assist with any Customer Service enquiries you may receive relating to gift code claims, operators with access to Passenger Cloud can now search for gift codes directly.
This removes the need to contact your Customer Success Manager to find the details of the code.
From the Customer support widget on the main dashboard or the Customer support page, entering a gift code will return the details of that code if it exists.
Gift code searches will return the following information.
