To help users more easily find a ticket on operator websites, the coverage filter in the mobile tickets listing will now be grouped into 3 types.
These types are:
1. Area – displayed as Tickets by area
2. Academic – displayed as School & college tickets
3. Service – displayed as Tickets for specific routes
If the operator does not offer more than one coverage type, the grouping will be ignored and no changes visible on the user interface.
If you notice that any of your tickets have been assigned the wrong coverage type, simply use the drop-down ‘Type’ list found in the Ticket coverages section in Passenger Cloud to amend them.
