As an operator, you may be responsible for managing the purchase of tickets from the Travel Portal on behalf of organisations you work with. To date, you will have only been able to manage one business account per login.
We’ve been working on making this easier for you to manage. Early next week, we’ll be releasing some changes that will enable you to use the same login details to access and manage multiple business accounts within the Travel Portal.
Users will also be able to manage multiple business accounts from the same login if they are invited to do so, even if the other business accounts are for a different operator also using the Travel Portal.
