We’re making changes to contact pages on Premium websites. Website editors will now be able to make updates without needing to ask our Help Desk team.
As opening times of both your telephone helplines and travel shops have been changing during the pandemic, we have seen a dramatic increase in requests to our own Help Desk to update the page on your behalf.
Previously, contact details would be automatically displayed on the page by using configured contact information. Any changes to opening times, social media, or other items can now be made immediately through the CMS.
The rest of the page will be unchanged, including any contact forms or Travel Centre information. We hope this update makes getting information to your customers much easier.
