If you are using our business portal service, the Travel Portal, you might notice it looks slightly different when you next open it. This is because the Travel Portal now has a new logo. When you receive transactional emails from the system you’ll see the logo here too.

These changes have been made to provide users of the system with reassurance that emails are real and not spam. By creating a lightweight identity for the portal that is shown at login and on emails, we are aiming to build trust in the system – based on the familiarity that comes from recognizing a logo.
The new logo appears on the login screen of the Travel Portal and on the ‘Welcome’ and ‘Password Reset’ emails that are sent out.
There is no change to the branding when logged in, which will still show an operator’s own branding and theme colours.

If you are ever uncertain whether an email is real or not, you can check the sender domain is signed by passengertravelportal.com. We will only ever send these emails from the passengertravelportal.com domain.
