In the past when a business was created in Passenger Cloud, a single Business Portal user would be created using the primary contact email address. However, there was no way to add additional users to manage the business.
An update has been made to Passenger Cloud that allows business customer managers to add additional users to an existing business. This is useful for when the original user has left the company or there is a need for multiple users to have access to the portal.
The main contact details for the business can now be updated separately from the user accounts.
