Previously we rolled out a change to improve the security of Passenger websites.
This included a full-page captcha on contact pages to reduce unwanted spam, but it wasn’t as elegant as it could have been.
We’ve improved this customer experience and kept the security protection by integrating the captcha directly into the contact forms. You can see an example of this below:
