We’ve updated Passenger Cloud to make it easier to see information about gift code purchases and investigate customer’s enquiries.
Who the code was sent to
When viewing a gift code, you can now see the email address that the gift code was sent to. This is listed as Code Sent To.
This is useful for investigating a report that a gift code has not been received by a customer. An occasional issue is that the purchaser did not enter the correct email address or misspelled the recipient email address so it was not received.
Who the code was claimed by
You can also now see the user who the gift code was claimed by. This is listed as Claimed By.
This is useful for checking whether the user that claimed the gift code is the person who the purchaser intended to. Occasionally the recipient email address may be accessible by multiple people, such as group emails, so it may not have been claimed by the intended person.
