Passenger Cloud user interface update

Passenger Cloud has been updated with a new look. As well as a visual refresh, we’ve added new features to make regular tasks easier to perform; including customer support, network updates, and managing tickets.

Sidebar

A new sidebar has been added to pages, designed to assist with navigating and getting things done in the different areas of Passenger Cloud.

On mobile, these actions can be found in ‘More Options’ in the bottom of the screen.

Improvements to Tickets section

Tickets has now become 4 separate sections:

  • Customer Support, accessed by searching for a user
  • Ticket Manager, to create and update tickets for sale
  • Administration, to view administrator audit trails
  • Finance, to view and download finance reports

All of these sections are accessible from the landing page when logging in. Users of Passenger Cloud may be able to see all or only some of these depending on their permissions.

Customer Support

The user’s ticket listing is now available as one continuous list, identifying the status of each ticket. You can click through into a single ticket to perform actions, including disabling that ticket.

Managing line information

You can now update route colours and descriptions from Passenger Cloud too, as well as set the start dates for new routes, and end dates for ones being discontinued.
